- Ensure the proper functioning of the technical facilities of our stores through regular monitoring, maintenance and revision.
- Ensure the diagnosis, troubleshooting and maintenance of technical equipment independently.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure the proper functioning of the technical facilities of our stores through regular monitoring, maintenance and revision.
- Ensure the diagnosis, troubleshooting and maintenance of technical equipment independently.
- Ensure the technical monitoring of the facilities and the conduct of the necessary periodic tests.
- Carry out and coordinate complementary technical interventions in relation to the needs of stores and external suppliers.
- Ensure administrative and documentary follow-up of interventions to ensure traceability and quality of service. Required
- Min. 3 years of experience: in the maintenance of the technical installations of the building
- Initial or continuing training completed: An electrician CFC or electrician CFC, or training deemed equivalent with
- Strong technical knowledge in building maintenance, including CVSE, as well as good command of safety standards
- Ability to diagnose faults, read electrical diagrams and intervene independently, rigorously and versatilely
