Completed higher education in the field of IT, business IT, or equivalent qualification (HF/FH/Uni)
Several years of professional experience (3-8 years) in IT service management in a similar role

In-depth expertise in ServiceNow regarding integration, automation, and configuration
ITIL 4.0 Foundation and further ITSM certifications are an advantage
Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages
Experience in reporting, dashboards, and quality indicators is desirable
Communicative, service-oriented personality with high social skills

Experience in the administration or application management of ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, SPM)
Responsibility as an application/service manager for the stable operation and further development of ServiceNow and the modules ITSM, ITOM and SPM
Coordination of releases, updates and tests incl. Documentation
Support and error analysis in 1st and 2nd levels and coordination of 3rd level support with the supplier
Interface management for connected systems (KSBL-Systeme, Supplier) Analysis, modelling and optimization of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, CMDB)
Support for IT areas in the collection of requirements and their systemic implementation in ServiceNow
Ensuring compliance, governance and best practices in IT service operations
Advice and support for ITSM processes and tool usage
