Ensuring the correct application and implementation of Swiss tariff systems in the ambulatory and stationary sector
Ensuring correct, timely and qualitatively complete invoicing
Creation, analysis and further development of reporting (plausibility and quality checks) as well as derivation of suitable measures for process optimization
Professional complaint and complaint management in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
Active and cross-divisional cooperation with various specialist departments (patient admission, performance management, coding) for the continuous optimization of processes, processes and interfaces as well as for the successful implementation of change and development projects
