Main responsibilities
- Collection of specific user needs and guarantee of their technical implementation, mainly in the field of construction
- Involvement of the operating sites concerned by the project, planning and timely introduction of conversion measures
- Monitoring of investment and construction costs and management and control of building and infrastructure documentation
- Monitoring of specifications, plans and technical descriptions of building equipment and infrastructure in accordance with existing external and internal standards
- Control of bids in the fields of construction and infrastructure
- Management of suppliers and manufacturers in the areas of construction and infrastructure, monitoring of the realization and evolution of costs, and delivery of receptions
- Participation in the development of business contracts, the site monitoring sessions and representation of the owner's interests Site monitoring to meet specifications
- Coordination of different experts to achieve the objectives Requirements
- 3-5 years: experience in managing large and complex construction projects desired
- Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES): Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or ES Technician in Work Conduct, with 5 to 10 years of experience
