Main responsibilities
- Collection of the specific requirements of users and ensuring their technical implementation, mainly in the field of construction
- Inclusion of the operating sites affected by the project as well as timely planning and implementation of the necessary conversion measures
- Monitoring investment and construction costs and managing and controlling documentation of buildings and infrastructure
- Examination of specifications, plans and technical descriptions for buildings and infrastructure installations in accordance with applicable internal and external standards
- Examination of tenders for construction and infrastructure
- Management of suppliers and manufacturers in the area of construction and infrastructure, tracking of execution and cost development and implementation of acceptances
- Participation in the drafting of work contracts, participation in construction meetings and representation of the interests of the client
- Construction site monitoring to ensure compliance with the defined requirements
- Coordination of various specialists to achieve the project objectives Requirements
- 3-5 years: experience in managing large and complex construction projects, desirable
