The University of Social Work Fribourg (HETS-FR) is a member of the Swiss University of Social Work (HES-SO). She has more than 400 students in bachelor's training in social work and participates in the offer of the master's degree in social work from HES-SO. She is also active in Research & Innovation, Continuing Education and Services.

Your missions

Practical training (FP) is a professionalizing situation for students, which contributes to the development of the skills expected from the end of the training in a perspective of integrative alternation. The person engaged will be required to:

• Teaching in different modules of bachelor's training
• Coaching, monitoring and evaluating students in practical training periods as FP respondents
• Assume FP module management as module manager
• Contribute to the management of the FP system
• Providing practice analysis
• Follow the works of Bachelor
• Participation in continuing training and service provision

Profile desired

• Master in social work, social sciences, or other equivalent, with proven experience in social education
• Wide professional experience
• Training of adult trainer/trainer, an asset
• Excellent knowledge of the novel network (BE-JU-NE-FRI)
• Experience in practice analysis
• Mastery of computer tools (e.g. Moodle, MS Office, IS-Academia...)
• Ability to work in teams and achieve shared objectives
• Demonstrate good organizational capacity, flexibility, anticipation and planning
• Mastering the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language, bilingualism is an asset
