As part of a project to overramp the clinic building and one-man-time facility, we are looking for a driver.
THE PROJECT Develop an elevation on an existing building to create new areas of accommodation for the operation of the medical group.
The project will combine technical performance, time and cost control, regulatory compliance and maintenance of a safe environment for users and teams.

- Your main responsibilities will be involved in the preparation, planning and phase-taking of the project.

- Technical training in the building: ES/HES diploma, architecture, civil engineering, engineering engineer, design designer with development of construction site, or equivalent training.
- Mastery of office automation tools; ease with a software of planning and/or monitoring of the worksite appreciated.
Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will be involved in the preparation, planning and phase-taking of the project.
- Monitor progress, progress, deadlines, quality of execution and costs, then produce a clear report.
- Prepare and co-animate construction site sessions, write minutes and follow up decisions.
- Monitor on-site work, identify gaps and contribute to the rapid resolution of problems.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulatory requirements and project standards.
- Organize controls, tests, receptions, reserve clearances and the delivery of final documentation.
Key requirements
- Technical training in the building: ES/HES diploma, architecture, civil engineering, engineering engineer, design designer with development of construction site, or equivalent training.
- Mastery of office automation tools; ease with a software of planning and/or monitoring of the worksite appreciated.
- French current to oral and written; desired driver's license.
