- You have 8 to 10 years experience in chemical production ideally in a similar function;
- You have 2 to 5 years experience in team management;
- You benefit from a Technologist CFC in chemical and pharmaceutical production or from training deemed equivalent. Yellow Belt certification is an asset;
Key requirements
- You have 8 to 10 years experience in chemical production ideally in a similar function;
- You have 2 to 5 years experience in team management;
- You have a perfect command of French and a good knowledge of technical English (understanding documents, training, interaction in simple discussions, ...);
- You have a good command of SAP and you have very good knowledge of computer tools such as Microsoft Office;
- You have a solid understanding of chemical processes.
- You have strong knowledge of chemistry-related industrial techniques and infrastructure.
- With a strong sense of responsibility, you are able to evolve effectively in a demanding environment while bringing together teams
- You demonstrate a proactive attitude to changes and ongoing improvements to the site.

- You guarantee the proper use of production facilities, prioritise maintenance needs and contribute to projects to improve and develop equipment;
- Finally, you drive the continuous improvement process by encouraging problem solving, maintaining 5S standards and optimizing your industry's performance. Team Management:
- You frame, accompany and develop a production team to ensure efficient operation and optimal use of the means of production;
- You are involved in recruiting, integrating and increasing the skills of employees, both permanent and temporary;
- You organize staffing and planning to meet operational needs while ensuring efficient resource management;
- You identify training needs, develop individual development plans and ensure that your team maintains its skills;
- You support team leaders in the development of their collaborators and support the integration paths of newcomers;
