The Cantonal Social Insurance Institution (KSVA) is an independent public institution which manages and coordinates the activities of the Equalisation Fund of the Canton of Freiburg, the IV Office and the Central Services. It thus constitutes a unique competence center for the insured persons and companies of the Canton of Freiburg of all social insurances of the first pillar.

Their tasks

In the section "Informatics and Quality Management" within the KSVA Central Services:

• Ensure the availability of KSVAFR IT systems, with a focus on support for office software and specialist applications
• Resolve IT disruptions and solve technical problems
• Create and update the Section’s procedures and processes and participate in cross-divisional projects
• Assign the necessary accesses, authorizations and equipment to employees in accordance with the regulations of KSVAFR
• Support the implementation of information security (ISMS) and data protection within KSVAFR
• As part of the 1st and 2nd level support of the section Support
• Ensure contact with external service providers

Desired profile

• Technician HF or EFZ in computer science, orientation in business informatics with professional experience
• With a good sense of listening and showing responsibility You versatility and teamwork
• In-depth knowledge of security, infrastructure and logistics as well as Microsoft software
• Knowledge of technical equipment and its operation
• Experience in project management
• Organisational and communication skills, both oral and written
• Dynamic and convincing personality who knows how to take initiatives
• Bilingual F/D or very good knowledge of the second language
