• Description of post
• Manager and lead on several industrialization projects, from a technical and administrative point of view:

In the study phase: search for solutions, plans of experience in the field, writing of test reports, writing of specifications, calls for tenders, comparatives, choice of technical solutions, administrative installation of investment files.

• In the production phase: supplier manufacturing, testing and development of machinery, training and production transmission.
• Research and development of innovative and industrializable manufacturing processes for the manufacture of hard material components.
• To guarantee the stability and technical reliability of the equipment and processes in place.
• Support for production in terms of problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Profile
• You have a degree in HES Engineer or ET Technician.
• You are multidisciplinary and experienced: mechanical, automation, processes, highly interested in both automation and processes specific to hard materials.
• You have experience in monitoring industrial projects (automation + manufacturing processes).
• You have mastered the common computer tools and native French language, as well as good knowledge of English and German.
• You are flexible when travelling on different company sites.
• You have a technical personality, resistant, constructive, proactive, communicative and structured.
• Qualifications
• We are looking for an organized person, able to work in multitasking with excellent relational qualities both with external and internal interlocutors.
• Equipped with a good openness of mind, creativity and dynamism, knowing how to step back and listen.
• Languages
• English is an asset.
