The Directorate for Energy operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production facilities from renewable energy sources and provides electricity, heat and gas supplies under the best conditions.
Mission
- You ensure the processing, tracking and control of customer billing, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You identify and process billing anomalies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- You support business leaders on billing issues and participate in financial loops.
- You participate in customer billing projects by bringing your professional expertise.
Profile
- You have an SWC of a trade employee, a commercial maturity or equivalent training.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in an environment involving billing processes.
- You are comfortable with computer tools and complex processes and master SAP IS-U. D365 mastery a real advantage.
- With a very good knowledge of the French language, you are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, your analytical spirit and your relationship ease.
