- Analysis, forwarding and control of support cases to external partners
Main responsibilities

- Analysis, forwarding and control of support cases to external partners
Application process
- Coordination and troubleshooting for web applications, ERP and Office applications
- Technical second-level support for digital products from the online shop (e-books)
- Creating documentation such as process descriptions, work instructions
- Maintenance of user management ERP and environment systems Requirements
- 5 years of experience in IT support: professional experience in a commercial or production company
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): basic computer science training (e.g. mediamatist or computer scientist), possible further education and deepening of web technologies
- German (fluent) English (good knowledge): German is a mandatory criterion, which is why applications in foreign languages are not viewed.
