Their tasks

• Management of recruitment and onboarding
• Advice and support for managers and employees
• Accompanying staff in the event of incapacity for work
• Participation in assessment interviews and drafting of decisions
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures
• Participation in the entire employee lifecycle process of Grangeneuve employees (195 FTE)

Desired profile

• Commercial training, supplemented by a Swiss Federal Professional Card as HR specialist or equivalent training
• Proven experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge of the personnel legislation of the state of Freiburg of advantage
• Experienced handling of the common MS-Office products
• Mastering the German or French language with excellent knowledge of the other language
