You will support our participants in developing their talents and achieving their goals.

Duties

• Preparation, execution, and supervision of Group Fitness and/or Pilates courses
• Practice-oriented teaching according to adult education principles
• Course design taking into account the prior knowledge of each participant
• Regular exchanges with the Club School administration
• Active participation in continuous training

Requirements

• Experience in teaching adults: in the relevant field or a comparable function
• Completed initial or continuous training: Group Fitness and/or Pilates diploma
• Neat and warm attitude towards customers
• Independent, flexible, and reliable personality
• Knowledge transfer in a diverse, targeted, and participant-oriented manner while sparking enthusiasm
• Enjoyment in teaching adult audiences in small to medium-sized groups
• French (good knowledge)

At the end of the processing, the result is presented to the manager before being discussed together. The team is generally represented during the presentation. As a rule, interviews are conducted by the supervisor, without HR representatives. Response time: up to 3 weeks Offer and contract establishment (digital) The main points of the contract are verified again after our verbal job offer. The establishment of the contract is then launched by mutual agreement before being sent by e-mail for digital signature.
