Who are we?

The Child and Youth Service SEJ is committed to children and young people in the canton of Fribourg. It is the specialized cantonal department responsible for the implementation of the policy on children and young people and child protection

Your missions

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for administrative work related to the secretariat of our Service. In particular:

• Preparing for the opening of user files in the Service's computer system
• Processing incoming mail from the judicial authorities, reading decisions for attribution
• Open computer accounts and respond to employee requests (installation, simple troubleshooting, etc.)
• Manage the Service's capital and real estate infrastructure applications
• Prepare for the reception of new employees (badge, business cards, etc.)
• Participate in the hotline and in the reception of users

Profile desired

• Federal Certificate of Trade Employee Capacity
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the administrative field, knowledge of the legal field a plus
• Great ease with computer science
• Excellent organization, methodical and precise-e
• At ease in contacts, emotional resistance and very great sense of discretion
• Perfect mastery of French (spoken/written) and good knowledge of German
