Who are we?

The CPEF (Provisional Fund of the State of Freiburg) is an institution governed by public law which provides all the staff of the State and some 75 institutions close to the State (municipalities, foundations, corporations, etc.) under the second pillar. The CPEF has more than 22,000 active insured persons and more than 9,000 beneficiaries. It has a current balance sheet of 7 billion francs and employs 32 collaborators.

The Provident Fund of the State of Freiburg is looking for a technical manager to ensure the operational management of occupational pension plans (PPA) and to ensure the quality, reliability and conformity of the services provided to insured persons and affiliated employers. In collaboration with the various internal and external partners, it ensures the processing of foresight cases in compliance with legal and regulatory provisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of active insured persons (entry, redemption, divorce, EPL payment/repayment, exit)
• Management of beneficiaries of annuities (retirement, disability or death benefits)
• Correspondence, telephone interviews and at the counter in its own field of activity

Profile desired

• SWC Business Employee (E-Profil) or equivalent training , with several years of experience in the field of occupational pension
• Social Insurance Patent or Federal Patent for Staff Provident Specialist (an asset)
• Easy with numbers and computer tools
• Help in writing letters
• Responsibility, rigour and autonomy
• Mastering the French or German language with excellent knowledge of the other language
