Who are we? The Center for Interprofessional Development (CPI), based in Fribourg since 1986, is a public centre for continuing education for adults. We offer more than 250 courses, prepare for federal certificates and patents, and also manage training arrangements mandated by the Public Employment Service and the Canton AI Office. Certified ISO 21001:2018, we place the quality, adaptability and professional support of adults at the heart of our mission. We recruit a collaborator for our Frima training device, which trains people in search of jobs, in the fields of architecture, 3D modeling, web development, graphics or even mechanical engineering. • Plan, implement and evaluate individualised learning pathways for job seekers, with a view to sustainable reintegration into the labour market
• Support and support participants in skills development, taking into account their needs, rhythms and professional goals
• Design, improve and make available in-house teaching tools Profile desired
• CFC of mediamatician, interactive media designer or training deemed equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience confirmed
• ESFA certificate, FFA CF-AF and/or proven experience in adult training and support
• Mastery of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Insign and Photoshop)
• Ability to animate and energize groups, promoting interactive, concrete and practical learning
• Developed sense of active listening, empathy and great ability to adapt to learner profiles
