Their tasks

Practical training (PA) is a professionalizing situation for students that contributes to the development of the skills expected at the end of the training in the sense of an integrative variety. Task areas:

• Lessons in various modules of the Bachelor's degree program
• Supervision, support and evaluation of students during practical training as PA managers
• Management of the PA module as module manager
• Participation in the management of practical training
• Conducting practical analyses
• Supervision of bachelor theses
• Participation in training and services

Desired profile

• Master in Social Work, Social Sciences or equivalent degree with proven experience in social education
• Multiannual comprehensive professional experience
• Advantageous training as a practice instructor or in adult education
• excellent knowledge of the Western Swiss network (BE-JU-NE-FRI)
• Experience with practical analysis
• Mastery of IT tools (Moodle, MS Office, IS-Academia, etc.)
• Teamwork and solution-oriented working methods
• Good organisational and planning skills, initiative and flexibility
• Mastery of the German or French language with good knowledge of the other language, bilingualism advantageous
