Who are we?

The cantonal contribution service (SCC) is responsible for the taxation and collection of cantonal taxes and direct federal tax on natural persons and legal persons. For the latter, he also collects the ecclesiastical tax. The CSC is responsible, on contract terms for many municipalities and parishes, for collecting their taxes.

The dematerialisation unit provides the digitized tax returns with the attached compliant documents, in time and time so that taxation can be done by tax collectors

Your missions

• Receive and open mail
• Sorting mail by nature
• Analysis and recording of tax returns
• Analysis and sorting of various supporting documents of tax returns
• Entry of all elements of the declaration
• Scanning and cleaning the flows of different types of mail
• Monitoring and validation of scanning data
• Export of flows and control of processing in the various production tools
• Destruction of recent archives and dead archives
• Support for subfolding during periods of CSC's printing centre

Profile desired

• SWC business employee or training deemed equivalent
• Mastery of standard IT tools
• Ease in human relations
• Ability to work independently
• French and/or German with good knowledge of the other language
