Their tasks • Support continuous improvement of procurement processes • Build and manage an efficient supplier portfolio • Ensure compliance with public procurement rules (IVöB, BöB, etc.) • Develop and implement framework contracts with companies • Negotiating price, logistical and contractual conditions • Reporting and annual evaluation of suppliers

Desired profile

• You have a higher education in the field of procurement/purchasing (FH, Swiss certificate)
• Strong organisational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and SAP
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Sound knowledge of procurement and negotiation techniques
• Knowledge of contract and procurement law
• They are capable of teamwork and enjoy working with others
• Mastering the German or French language with good knowledge of the other language
• English skills are beneficial
