The Office for the Environment (AfU) has the task of implementing the federal laws on environmental protection and the protection of water bodies to ensure a balance between the natural environment and its use by humans. To this end, it monitors the state of the environment, contributes to the precautionary limitation of harmful effects of new activities, ensures the rehabilitation of problematic installations and informs the authorities and the public about environmentally harmful behaviour.

Their tasks

• Finalising expert opinions in the context of construction projects and spatial planning procedures (FRIAC, DATEC, SAP)
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring filing and archiving
• Answering and forwarding telephone calls
• Completing various administrative tasks
• Participate in the care of learners

Desired profile

• You have an education as a merchant EFZ or an equivalent education
• You master the current computer applications
• You have several years of experience in the administrative field
• They are well organized and like to work independently in a team
• You master the German and French languages in word and writing
