Who are we?

The Service de l'enseignement obligatoire de langue française (SenOF) is responsible for the conduct of teaching and the management of teaching at different levels of compulsory education in the French-speaking part of the canton. It also supervises private schools and home education.

Your missions

• In accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Compulsory Education Service and the DFAC, the principal of the primary school shall manage the organisation, operation and administrative and pedagogical management of the school, the conduct of staff, the quality of education and education, and the collaboration with the school's partners in which it represents the school.
• It also pays particular attention to the quality of the institutional climate and the well-being of the people working there. If so, does it resolve the difficulties that may arise?
• Is it working closely with the municipalities in carrying out their tasks?

Profile desired

• Teaching degree for 1-2H and/or 3-8H or equivalent
• If possible CAS in management and management of training institution or training deemed equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of teaching experience
• Experience in project management
• Ability to build quality human relations
• A sense of responsibility and collaboration
• Mastery of the French language with good knowledge of the German language
