- Managing day-to-day business: You are 50% responsible for organizing, monitoring and ensuring an efficient flow of goods during your shift
- Operational cooperation: The rest of the time you take on yourself and move forward as a model for your team
- Leadership & Teamwork: Together with another Deputy Teamlead, you support the Teamlead in the professional and disciplinary management of 16 employees
- Coordination & coordination: You work closely together, agree on tasks and responsibilities and ensure a seamless handover in day-to-day business
- Interface management: You’ll be in touch with internal and external partners, including transport service providers and the sales team, to ensure smooth processing
- Administration & Analysis: You create statistics on daily skill, quality and personnel planning and use them to optimize processes in a targeted manner Requirements
- Ideally completed training as a logistician EFZ paired with further training (Federal certificate for logistics) and initial management experience
- Communication strength and empathy to motivate employees and convince them with a collegial leadership style
- Structured and solution-oriented thinking to efficiently control processes and react flexibly to challenges
- Organizational skill and planning security in order to keep an eye on the daily volume and use personnel in a resource-saving manner
- Initiative and an eye for improvements to continuously develop processes
- Good MS-Office knowledge and an impeccable reputation
- Readiness for shift work between 06:00 and 22:00 (possible seasonal assignments between 05:00 - 23:00) and corresponding mobility We offer:
