Who are we?

The General Secretariat of the Directorate of Institutions, Agriculture and Forestry (SG-DIAF) is responsible for supporting the conduct and management of the Directorate and supporting the Director State Adviser as a member of the Government. It also performs the line tasks assigned or delegated to it.

Your missions

• You ensure the application and compliance of data protection and information security rules within the Directorate and Services
• Attached to the General Secretariat, you ensure the role of contact person for information security and data protection within the Directorate and Services
• You advise and assist treatment managers on actions to be taken in these two areas
• You participate in the network of competence within the cantonal administration
• You ensure the role of reference person for issues related to the use of IT tools within the General Secretariat
• You supervise the management of information security and data protection risks
• You conduct impact assessments on data protection jointly with the administrative units of the Directorate
• You organize the execution of security audits in these areas
• You manage incidents related to these areas
• You are involved in the general affairs of the General Secretariat (Legal and Political Affairs)

Profile desired

• University or HES Master level training, preferably in law
• Experience in the field of information security or data protection and IT services would be an asset
• Controlling IT processes
• Project Management Skills
• Capacity for extension, analysis and synthesis, ability to network
• Mastery of French or German and very good knowledge of the other language
