Who are we?

The Cantonal Institute of Social Insurance (ECAS) is an autonomous public law institution that administers and coordinates the activities of the Compensation Fund of the canton of Fribourg, those of the Cantonal Office of Disability Insurance as well as Central Services. It thus constitutes a unique center of expertise in first pillar social insurance for insured persons and companies in the canton of Fribourg.

Your missions

Within the "Employment Counseling and Business Network" section of the Cantonal Office of Disability Insurance:

• Initiate, develop and conduct socio-professional rehabilitation projects for persons affected in their health
• Advise, accompany and implement reintegration measures, professional guidance or training
• Evaluate and monitor the evolution of situations to ensure the best alignment between objectives, health-related limitations and reintegration potential
• Develop and maintain active collaboration with the network, particularly employers, service providers, as well as medical and social partners
• Master the language of business, understand employer expectations and negotiate solutions to support beneficiaries in employment
• Collaborate closely within the AI office with medical and legal services
• Actively participate in team exchanges and interdisciplinary reflections to promote a global and consistent approach to situations

Desired profile

• Bachelor's level education in social work, health or equivalent field
• Ideally CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in reintegration counseling or equivalent complementary training
• Experience in supporting and/or reintegrating persons affected in their health
• Marked interest in the social insurance system and the application of the LAI
• Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability and ease in contacting different interlocutors
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team as well as in an interdisciplinary environment
• Networking skills, autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to take initiatives
• Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
