The Kantonale Social Security Institute (KSVA) is an independent public-law institution that manages and coordinates activities of the Equalisation Fund of the Canton of Freiburg, the IV-Stelle and the Central Services. Thus, it forms a unique centre of competence for insured persons and the companies of the Canton of Freiburg for all social security benefits of the first pillar.

Your tasks

In the section « Employment agency, labour market and contract management » within the corporatist insurance agency of the KSVA :

• Initiate, develop and accompany projects for the social and professional reintegration of people with health problems
• Insured persons advise, accompany and implement suitable measures for reintegration, vocational orientation or further training
• Analyze and accompany situations to ensure optimal coordination between objectives, health restrictions and reintegration potential
• Maintain active cooperation with the network, especially with employers, service providers and medical and social partners
• To understand companies as partners, to take up their expectations and to create sustainable solutions for occupational reintegration through targeted negotiations
• Work closely with the internal departments of the IV unit, in particular the medical and legal services
• Actively participate in the team and in interdisciplinary exchange vessels, thus ensuring a holistic and coordinated support of the insured persons

Desired profile

• Bachelor's degree in social work, health care or similar education.
• Ideally, the C.S.A. in reintegration counselling or equivalent training.
• Experience in the monitoring and/or reintegration of people with health problems
• Interest in the social security system and in the application of the IVG
• Extensive social and communication skills and the joy of contact with different stakeholders
• Ability to work together constructively in teams and in interdisciplinary technical constellations
• Extensive network competence, initiative, responsibility and independent working methods
• Doing French or German with very good of the other language
