Who are we?

Justice of the Peace is the Authority for the Protection of Children and Adults. As such, it acts on request or ex officio. At the end of the investigation, it is decided whether or not to introduce a protective measure. The Judge of the Peace shall also have jurisdiction in matters of inheritance and in the area of layoffs.

Your missions

• Management of the accounting team (vacances, EDO, etc.)
• Organization, planning and implementation of audits
• Payment of invoices, accounting and rebilling
• Preparation of tax inventories
• Monitoring of inventories and accounts submitted by private trustees
• Monthly statement of payments for assessors and interpreters
• Writing of account approval decision in French and German
• Contact person for internal and external services
• Managing the mailbox @accounting
• Monitoring and justification of JUSA budgets
• Updating the various documents

Profile desired

• SWC business employee and/or training in accounting and finance or training deemed equivalent
• Experience confirmed in a similar position
• Flexibility, responsibility, discretion and leadership
• Mastery of current IT tools, knowledge of Tribuna V3 and SAP software would be an advantage
• Mastery of the French or German language with very good knowledge of the other language (min B2)
