Who are we?

The Service for Social Action SASoc , competent authority in the canton of Freiburg, in particular for the conduct, coordination and supervision of the asylum and refugee system (LASI), search for an entry on 1 January 2027 or to be agreed, a scientific collaborator in this sector at 60%-70% for a fixed period until 31.12.2027 (renewable). Your missions

• Participate in the coordination, development and monitoring of cantonal arrangements for the reception, supervision, integration and accommodation of asylum and refugee persons
• Monitoring asylum and refugee warrants in collaboration with representatives and relevant services
• Managing complex situations requiring a comprehensive and coordinated approach with multiple actors
• Participate in the coordination of projects and the conduct of scientific work by the Service, including through the delivery, consultation or processing of parliamentary instruments
• Participate in the development of the scientific expertise of the service in relation to asylum and refugees

Profile desired

• Master's degree in social work or law or training deemed equivalent, with good knowledge of the rules of the field of social assistance and their application
• Knowledge of migration issues and integration
• Asylum experience, an asset
• Dynamic and versatile personality, sense of organization and coordination, ease with legal bases, numbers and communication, good integration capacity in a team
• Good control of common computer tools
• Excellent command of the French or German language with very good knowledge of the other language; desired English knowledge
