Who are we?

The Buildings Service (SBat) is a central service that acts as a service provider to other cantonal departments, services and establishments. In order to strengthen the supervision of our cleaning teams and to support the development of their skills, we open a new function at the heart of our professionalization of our activities.

Your missions

• Ensure quality, organisation and safety of cleaning activities
• Supervise cleaning staff by ensuring their ongoing training
• Coordinate the work of external cleaning companies and the internal services concerned
• Planning resources according to the needs and availability of employees
• Organize and follow up introductory and development training for all cleaning staff

Profile desired

• SWC of cleanliness officer, operating officer (AGEX) or stewardship manager (GEI) or training deemed equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of activity
• Multi-year experience in team leadership
• Authorization to train apprentices operating agent (AGEX)
• Mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language
