The farm strategy sector accompanies farms in their development through individual advisory services and further training (farm consulting). The most important fields of activity include farm planning and budgeting, farm handover, inter-farm cooperation and agricultural-related gainful activities.

Responsibilities

• Head of the Operations Strategy Sector with 11 employees
• Advise and inform customers individually or in groups in the area of operational management
• Close cooperation and promotion of synergies within the Agriculture Section
• Supervise and accompany various projects for the sector and the Agriculture Section

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in agronomy or business administration or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of the agricultural environment
• Experience and further training in management and project management
• Proficiency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language (B2-C1)
