- You ensure the management of kitchens and restaurants at the Courtepin and Bazenheid sites.
- You harmonize practices between the two sites, particularly regarding products, quality, and processes.
- Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in collective catering
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): CFC as a cook with higher education in the catering/hospitality sector
Main responsibilities
- You ensure the management of kitchens and restaurants at the Courtepin and Bazenheid sites.
- You harmonize practices between the two sites, particularly regarding products, quality, and processes.
- You standardize processes to improve the efficiency and quality of the restaurants.
- You develop and implement standardization concepts.
- You ensure the centralized management of resources and costs.
- You guarantee working conditions that comply with safety, health, and well-being requirements.
- You are the main contact for suppliers and manage merchandise orders.
- You perform various administrative tasks.
- You propose balanced and modern dishes.
- You contribute to good nutritional health by taking into account the different activities of the employees. Requirements
Key requirements
- Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in collective catering
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): CFC as a cook with higher education in the catering/hospitality sector
- You distinguish yourself by a strong performance and results orientation
- You demonstrate excellent customer orientation and a strong sense of service
- You are available and flexible to make regular trips between Courtepin and Bazenheid You have a good command of common IT tools
- You have an excellent command of budget control
