Manage a team of 15 to 25 people.
Ensure the safety and health of employees as well as the impact on the environment and the quality of the product.

Ensure the application of current corporate directives, particularly in terms of safety, hygiene, quality and the environment.
Lead the operational session in the field, monitor indicators, actions and participate in problem solving.
Create standards and ensure that they are implemented (SDCA).
Organize the production lines according to the priority of orders/mancos. Required
1-3 years: Experience at the industrial level or in the food industry is an asset.
Higher education: HES Engineer or ES Technician in Agri-food/Industry.
Knowledge of LEAN tools is an asset.

You are a conscientious, autonomous, sociable, flexible person with a good sense of organization.
You master standard IT tools (MS Office, SAP).
You are willing to work in a team on a 2x8 schedule (5 a.m.-3 p.m. or 12 p.m.-10 p.m.) as well as one Saturday per month.
Experience in the meat or packaging field is an asset.
You demonstrate resistance to stress.
