Who are we?
The Cantonal Institution of Social Insurance (ECAS) is an autonomous institution governed by public law which administers and coordinates the activities of the Caisse de compensation of the canton of Fribourg, those of the Cantonal Office of Disability Insurance and the Central Services.
It thus constitutes a single competence centre in social insurance under the first pillar for insured persons and enterprises in the canton of Fribourg.

- Within the "REA Jeunes" section of the Cantonal Office for Disability Insurance of ECAS:
- The Youth Manager box is responsible for the processing of AI applications for children with disabilities in close collaboration with internal partners (rehabilitation counsellors, lawyers, MDS physicians) and external partners (schools, training settings, medical partners)
- l/ she educates and accompanies the demand and coordinates the benefits developed specifically for young people as part of the continuous development of the AI (detection and early intervention measures, etc.) until the assessment of the right to an annuity
- l/ she is also the reference contact person for cantonal networks (school, referral service, hospital, etc.), where he/she provides advice on disability issues Profile desired
- HES training or federal patent in the social sciences, health, case management or training deemed equivalent
- Knowledge in education, vocational training and/or health
- A recognised professional experience in the field of social insurance, or in administrative and social support for persons
