Your missions

Ensure the maintenance and development of HEG-FR's AACSB international accreditation through continuous improvement, standard compliance and institutional coordination.

• Managing and monitoring the accreditation and re-accreditation process AACSB
• Coordinate the preparation of reports, indicators and documents required for the AACSB evaluations
• Supervise the monitoring of requirements for faculty qualifications (Faculty Qualification) and teaching coverage (Faculty Sufficiency)
• Managing Insurance of Learning (AoL) and ensuring the implementation of continuous improvement measures
• Animating and coordinating the contributions of the various internal actors involved in accreditation
• Ensure the eve of the AACSB standards, make recommendations to the Directorate and lead the necessary improvement actions
• Represent HEG-FR at AACSB International and develop relations with professional networks related to international accreditations

Profile desired

• Master in management, quality, administration or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience in the autonomous management of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience in AACSB and/or Business Schools accreditation is a major asset
• High autonomy and ability to lead a strategic project independently
• Natural leadership, ability to unite teams and gain the support of the various institutional actors
• Strong sense of organization, planning and timeliness
• Spirit of analysis and ability to identify risks, priorities and opportunities for improvement
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office programs, ideally d-Academ, and interest in training on new computer systems
• Mastery of the French and English language with good knowledge of German
