- Ensure the sorting, unpacking and assembly of the different raw materials
- Prepare, using chopping, mixing or injecting machines, the different pastes for the manufacture of sausages

Main responsibilities
- Ensure the sorting, unpacking and assembly of the different raw materials
- Prepare, using chopping, mixing or injecting machines, the different pastes for the manufacture of sausages
- Prepare the spices specific to each pasta recipe
- Weigh the goods at each manufacturing stage and enter the data into SAP
- Assemble, dismantle and clean the different machines used Tidy up the fridges and freezers
- Working hours are organized in teams, in general from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Required
- Professional experience: in the food sector
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): CFC as butcher-charcutier or equivalent training
- Very autonomous, conscientious and organized person Mastery of IT tools (MS Office and SAP) Flexibility in working hours
- Maternity leave/vacation paternity: Maternity leave 18 weeks / Paternity leave 3 weeks
