To this end, it monitors the quality of the environment, contributes to the prevention of harmful damage to new activities, ensures the remediation of existing installations causing damage and informs the authorities and the public about the behaviour causing harmful damage to the environment.

Your missions

• Finalize notice for construction and land use planning projects (FRIAC, DATEC, SAP)
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensure filing and archiving
• Answer phone calls and direct them
• Perform various administrative work
• Participate in the supervision of apprenticeship staff

Profile desired

• You are in possession of an SWC employed in commerce or an equivalent training
• You master the current IT tools
• You have a few years of experience in the administrative field
• You are organized, and enjoy working independently within a team
• You have perfect command of German and French (spoken/written)
