Who are we?

The General Secretariat of the Directorate of Institutions and Agriculture and Forestry (GS-ILFD) contributes to the management and administration of the Directorate and supports the Directorate in his function as a member of the Government. It shall also perform the line tasks assigned or assigned to it.

Their tasks

• They shall ensure that data protection and information security rules are applied and complied with in the Directorate and the assigned departments.
• They are attached to the General Secretariat and assume the role of contact person for information security and data protection within the Directorate and assigned departments.
• They advise and support those responsible for data processing in the measures that need to be taken in these two areas
• You participate in the competence network in the cantonal administration
• You take on the role of contact person for questions concerning the use of computer tools in the General Secretariat
• They oversee information security and data protection risk management
• They shall carry out impact assessments together with the administrative units of the Data Protection Directorate;
• They organise security audits in these areas
• You are responsible for managing incidents in these areas

Requirements

• Master of a university or a technical college, preferably in law
• Experience in information security or data protection and IT services would be beneficial
• Mastering computer processes
• Competences in Project Management
• Ability to understand complex issues, to analyze and to think and work in a networked way
• Mastering the German or French language with very good knowledge of the other language
