• Your Mission In a multidisciplinary team specializing in the care of elderly people with psychiatric disorders, you contribute to the daily support of patients by promoting their well-being, safety and independence. Your main responsibilities Provide basic care and support in the activities of daily life. Participate in the observation of the physical, psychological and behavioural condition of patients. Work closely with nurses, doctors, occupational therapists, psychologists and other team professionals. To help maintain a welcoming, secure, respectful and therapeutic environment, adapted to the themes of the seasons. Animate/accompanie patients during individual or group activities. Participate in the transmission of information and continuity of care. Profile desired Training of caregiver recognized Experience in psychiatry and/or geriatrics appreciated High interest in accompaniment for elderly people with mental disorders Excellent relational qualities, listening and empathy Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team Responsibility, autonomy and stress management
