• You advise clients with professionalism and sell our wide range of products, including by accompanying them in the choice of gifts
• You will actively meet our customers, identify their needs and propose suitable solutions
• You perform cash transactions and guarantee accurate and correct accounting
• You highlight our refined assortment of confectionery and chocolates in a neat and attractive way
• You also participate in the production activities as well as the restocking and maintenance of sales surfaces
• You apply our high quality requirements with commitment and thoroughness
• You ensure constant adherence to hygiene standards and the concept of freshness
• You work closely with your team and help create a positive working environment

What you bring

• You have an experience in the retail business and you are passionate about selling and direct contact with customers
• You quickly identify the needs of the clientele and advise it with friendliness, in a personalized and convincing way
• You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French and other languages is an asset
• You work with a sense of responsibility, reliability and care for quality, while strictly respecting hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• You appreciate teamwork, willingly assume responsibilities and wish to continue to develop in the areas of sales and service
• You are flexible and willing to work on weekends and holidays
