Their tasks

Ensure the maintenance and further development of the international AACSB accreditation of HSW-FR by managing measures for continuous improvement, compliance with standards and institutional coordination.

• Responsibility for planning, implementing and tracking the AACSB accreditation and reaccreditation process
• Coordination of the preparation of reports, key figures and documentation for AACSB evaluations
• Monitoring faculty qualification and faculty sufficiency requirements
• Coordination of the assurance-of-learning system (AoL) and ensuring the implementation of measures for continuous improvement
• Management and coordination of contributions from all internal stakeholders involved in the accreditation process
• Observation and analysis of AACSB standards, preparation of recommendations for the management and management of the necessary improvement measures
• Representation of HSW-FR vis-à-vis AACSB International and maintenance of relationships with specialist networks in the field of international accreditations

Desired profile

• Master’s degree in management, quality management, administration or equivalent education
• Proven experience in the independent management of complex projects with numerous stakeholders
• Experience in the field of AACSB and/or the accreditation of business schools is a big plus
• High independence and ability to lead a strategic project independently
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams and engage different institutional actors
• Strong organisational and planning skills as well as timely working methods
• Analytical thinking and ability to identify risks, priorities and potential for improvement
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, ideally also of Academ
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new computer systems
• Very good knowledge of French and English and good knowledge of German
