- Process and coordinate all requests related to the Planning.
Key requirements

- SWC d, business employee or training deemed equivalent.
- Ability to use computer tools and analytical mind.
- Experience confirmed in planning, ideally in a medical setting.
- Diploma of medical secretary or good knowledge of the medical environment: an asset.
- Excellent mastery of French (oral and written) and German level B1–B2.
- Very good skills MS Office, especially Excel.
