For our Building Techniques CVCS/MCR department, we are looking for a CVCS/MCR Employee (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the operation of the technical installations of the buildings on all our Fribourg sites.

- For our Building Techniques CVCS/MCR department, we are looking for a CVCS/MCR Employee (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the operation of the technical installations of the buildings on all our Fribourg sites.
- Monitor the periodic operation of CVCS installations
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance actions on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary installations
- HVAC installer or plumber certification, ideally complemented by a diploma as a Building Technician or equivalent recognized title
- Confirmed experience in the maintenance of complex CVCS installations, ideally in the industrial sector
Main responsibilities
- Monitor the periodic operation of CVCS installations
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance actions on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary installations
- Analyze, diagnose and intervene on various technical faults
- Manage technical alarms on the supervision tool
- Optimize the operation of CVCS installation control loops
- Carry out measurement and balancing campaigns on hydraulic and aeronautical installations
- Participate in functional tests of critical installation servitudes
- Manage subcontracting companies to ensure the quality and safety of interventions
- Ensure follow-up of a team of suppliers in charge of CV installation maintenance
- Develop descriptions and small specifications for the implementation of technical projects
Key requirements
- HVAC installer or plumber certification, ideally complemented by a diploma as a Building Technician or equivalent recognized title
- Confirmed experience in the maintenance of complex CVCS installations, ideally in the industrial sector
- Mastery of centralized technical management (CTM) tools and associated settings
- Computer skills (Office Suite and technical tools)
- Rigor, autonomy and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Team spirit, service orientation and customer focus developed and very good communication skills
