- Self-management and responsibility for maintaining the accounts of the Fund
- Coordination and management of annual closure
- Preparation of financial statements according to Swiss GAAP RPC 26
Key requirements
- Higher vocational training (Federal Patent of Specialist in Finance and Accounting, Bachelor of Economics, HES) or equivalent training in accounting
- At least 5 experts in accounting, including confirmed experience in a responsible role
- Confirmed accounting experience desired in occupational pension accounting
- Proactive, autonomous person with a strong team spirit
- High interest in social insurance, finance and real estate
- Excellent mastery of French, with good knowledge of German, or vice versa Your skills
- Ability to co-build and manage accounting and financial activities in close collaboration with Finance & Controlling Manager
- Good knowledge of Swiss Professional Insurance Standards (Swiss GAAP RPC 26), tax obligations and internal control
- Controlling regulatory compliance issues and actively contributing to the internal control framework
- Reliability, accuracy and consistency of accounting and financial data
- Ability to prioritize, decide and structure accounting activities in a demanding environment
- Spirit of analysis to solve complex problems and quickly resume existing processes
