- Accompaniment of learners during their training
- Conduct of site, course and assessment discussions
- Participation in practical qualification procedures as well as taking on experts Expert activities
- Active participation and further development of training quality at the Biel Hospital Centre
- Care of patients as a specialist / health specialist
- Close cooperation with team leadership, nursing team and education team
