- Holistic care and care of patients at the clinics for surgery (general, visceral, endocrine, transplant, vascular, and thoracic surgery at the station 03.06
- Responsibility for the implementation of expert care and care taking into account modern care and treatment concepts as well as care standards
- Support of nursing professionals in demanding care situations and in the implementation of superior concepts and standards at the station
- Active co-design of the Cooperation in the MBF triangle (management – education – specialist development)
- Transfer of expertise and experience as well as authority to instruct in nursing matters in the area of responsibility
- Responsible for quality work at the station and cooperation in the quality group Surgery with monthly meetings What you bring with you for this position
