For the Senevita Bernerrose in Zollikofen, we are looking for an Stv. residential area management dementia department (m/f) 80-100 % Your tasks
- You lead in deputy ca. 20 employees with technical and human resources and ensure the care processes in cooperation with the residential area manager of your department
- You lead by example every day and motivate your team to perform at its best.
- Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize daily care
- You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives and the care team
- You lead a professional, individual and empathetic care, accompaniment and care of about 40 residents
- You keep the documentation and implement it according to RAI specifications
- You carry out the planning and control of the RAI NH assessment and classifications
You bring that with you
- Completed vocational training as a nurse (FAGE, FH, HF, DNII, AKP, Psych). KP
- Direct experience of dementia
- Leadership experience and appropriate cadre training or ready to complete one
- Experience in long-term care
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Professional, social and managerial skills
- Resilience and very good organizational skills
- RAI-. Supervisor/in or willingness to complete
