• Responsibility for professional, patient-oriented care in the sense of our nursing mission statement
• Professional advice and support of the team in complex care situations
• Co-responsibility for the personnel, technical and organisational management of the department
• Active participation in the design and further development of nursing processes and quality standards
• Cooperation in day-to-day care and responsibility for the care process and its documentation
• Promoting constructive interdisciplinary cooperation
• Participation in change processes as well as in the introduction and support of new employees
• Collaboration in cross-sectoral projects and processes

What sets you apart

• Completed training as a dipl. nurse (AKP, DN II, HF, FH)
• Acute experience and interest or experience in a leadership role
• You have completed leadership training or are ready to complete it in a timely manner.
• Joy in motivating, empowering and shaping employees
• High social skills, empathy and responsibility
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working method
• Interest in the further development of your own department and openness to new ideas
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing (at least level B2 for diplomas from abroad)
