Role overview
Represent the Head of Data Governance Police Systems in organisational, professional and personnel terms Be the contact person for questions about lawful data processing and quality assurance in different police systems and develop solutions to legal issues in regular professional exchange with teammates and supervisors Represented in committees, projects and specialist groups at fedpol and vis-à-vis the cantons Examine technical questions about collected data in the police systems in German, French, Italian and English and check them for their legality and data protection requirements University degree in law
Professional experience in the police or judicial sector as well as in-depth legal knowledge, in particular in data protection law
