Application process

• The development of project planning, investment and loan applications is your area of responsibility and forms the basis for well-founded decisions
• You plan and coordinate projects in the areas of architecture, building construction and building technology in compliance with relevant regulations
• Ensuring the achievement of goals in terms of quality, deadlines and costs is part of your daily activities
• You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and You ensure a transparent flow of information in the project
• Technical reports and decision-making bases are developed by you and you accompany acceptances and project completions Your strengths
• You have training as an architect: in FH or a comparable qualification at university level
• Several years of professional experience in the building construction environment enable you to deal confidently with complex projects
• Knowledge of project management, ideally supplemented by further training such as CAS Project Management or comparable, is something you contribute in a targeted manner
