Do you want to shape challenging building construction projects from the idea to implementation and take responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines? In this role, you shape sustainable solutions and successfully bring projects to their destination.

Your design space

• You lead and supervise complex building construction projects across all project phases from the first idea to realization
• The development of project planning, investment and credit applications is your responsibility and forms the basis for informed decisions
• You plan and coordinate projects in the areas of architecture, building construction and building technology in compliance with relevant regulations
• Ensuring goal achievement in terms of quality, deadlines and costs is part of your daily actions
• You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure a transparent flow of information in the project
• Technical reports and decision-making principles are developed by you and you accompany acceptances and project conclusions

Your strengths

• You have an education as an architect: in FH or a comparable qualification at university level
• Several years of professional experience in the building construction environment enables you to deal safely with complex projects
• Knowledge of project management, ideally supplemented by further training such as CAS project management or similar, you bring in targeted
• You work in a structured way and ensure that requirements, deadlines and budgets are met
• A good understanding of technical connections and legal framework conditions distinguishes you
• You move confidently in exchange with different stakeholders and bring topics forward clearly and comprehensibly
