They do it with us.
They are part of an interdisciplinary medical-nursing-led team and support patients with challenges in the areas of living, work and finance. They accompany acutely mentally ill people, for whom inpatient treatment is indicated, in their living environment at home. Based on the social history you have created, you activate suitable support offers and available resources to promote autonomy. They focus on patient self-efficacy with the aim of minimizing dependence on psychiatric settings.
This is what they bring with them.

Do I need a cross-border work permit for a role in Bern?
EU/EFTA citizens living in an EU/EFTA state can apply for a G permit and can work anywhere in Switzerland: border zones no longer apply to them, and they must return home at least once a week. The Swiss employer files the request with Canton Bern's migration office after the contract is signed.
